- Exchanges: Exchanges may be accommodated depending on availability. If an exchange is not available, store credit will be issued.
- Processing Time: Do not send back items without submitting a return request first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Returns Approval: Returned items must be approved before being mailed back. Items sent back without approval will be rejected.
- Condition of Items: All product tags must remain attached. Items must show no signs of wear, including stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, or animal hair. Items must also be unworn and unwashed.
- Item Eligibility: Credit will not be issued for items that are not eligible for return, including those received in a condition other than new or those marked as "Final Sale."
- Adjustments to Returns: We reserve the right to adjust returns if the items are not received in new condition.
- Document Required: Please ensure to include the order status page from the returns portal in your return package. Failure to do so may cause delays with your order.

In-Store Returns
We’re happy to now offer in-store returns! When you bring an item back to one of our locations, you’ll receive your refund as a store gift card—perfect for picking out something new during your next visit. Gift cards are valid for one year, for in-store use only, and are non-transferable.
Please note that while we aim to process all returns within our standard timeframes, unforeseen warehouse issues may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, processing may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your return is affected.
