WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Store Credit: Returns are refunded as Swank A Posh credit, sent via email
Condition of Items: All product tags must remain attached. Items must show no signs of wear, including stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, or animal hair. Items must also be unworn and unwashed.
Item Eligibility: Credit will not be issued for items that are not eligible for return, including those received in a condition other than new or those marked as "Final Sale."
Adjustments to Returns: We reserve the right to adjust returns if the items are not received in new condition.
Document Required: Please ensure to include the order status page from the returns portal in your return package. Failure to do so may cause delays with your order.
HOW DO YOU RETURN?
1. Access our returns page by clicking the 'start return' button
You'll need to have your order number and your email before proceeding
2. Repack your ordered items
Don't have packaging? Don't worry! Simply place your items in a packaging that is opaque, salable, and waterproof.
3. Select Return Options
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
4. Complete the Return
Don't forget to keep your postage proof and choose a trackable service for your records.
5. Stay updated with your return tracking
Once your return has been successfully processed, you will be notified via email.
