General Terms:
- All items are non-refundable. If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected, eligible items may get returned within 10 days from receipt for a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.
- Store Credit: Store credits will be processed on e-gift card — no exceptions. Merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received and should be unworn, undamaged.

- Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- In-Store Pickup: Not Available.
